OK EVERBODY… LISTEN UP!
Before you think you need the SHIMS, look at the name on the REAR PVC fitting you’re going to insert the suction cup into. If that part says GENOVA on it, you do not need the SHIMS for the suction cups. Simply insert the Suction Cup into the hole and when it hits the inside rim on the PVC fitting, twist and push the suction cup “ALL THE WAY IN”. If you read LASCO on that fitting, yes you do need the Shims. In fact when you buy replacement suction cups we include the 2 shims because sometimes GENOVA fittings were unavailable and we have to use LASCO fittings. Both fittings can use the shims. GENOVA, you don’t have to use the shims. Get it? Cool. Enjoy and have fun. The other 2 suction cups with the snap hooks is simple. Just hook each suction cup on a wire on the front of the Kitty Cot frame.
